Alfredo was awesome! We're new homeowners and didn't know much of what we were doing. We knew there was a problem with the AC that the one year warranty wouldn't cover (Ie. They kept putting off replacing things until critical failure) so it was incredibly refreshing when Alfredo showed up and presented all the options and gave us enough information to understand this new process. I genuinely appreciate his customer service and highly respect his knowledge base. I highly recommend him.

Dring Heating and Air Conditioning are terrific! Khadir, the tech, came out today to check my A/C which was installed a year ago. Khadir checked the system inside and out and assured me it was functioning properly. Khadir arrived on time, was professional and gave me a detailed reviewed on the functioning of the unit. I would highly recommend this Dring Air Conditioning and Heating. Our service provider Justin B was amazing!!! He was patient and answered all of our service and AC questions. He went the extra mile to analyze past repairs completed by other companies and provided a thorough review of how the unit should look and how the repairs would benefit our home in the future. Justin went even further and offered to follow up with the installation crew that would complete our next day service. This company is lucky to have a technician like Justin!

Very professional and knowledgeable techs. Observed our system and found that previous owners replaced the 3 ton unit with a 4 ton unit but not the duct work. That explains some of the cooling issues in the summer and why the smaller second unit cools & heats better.
